All members of staff are vetted, are reliable, trustworthy and approachable representatives of Bourne Cleaning Solutions. A compulsory induction course is undertaken by each member and a career path can be achieved if they wish.
With a Client Request folder on site, communication between the client and our cleaning technician/s is encouraged for the highest standard, cleaning result.
Our technicians are managed and also monitored by the BCS management team ensuring their "can do" attitude and quality of their work remains a constant.
Quality control audits are undertaken by BCS management on the client site each month.

- The supply of Sanitary bins as according to legislation of the workplace (Workplace Health and Safety and Welfare Regulations 1992 and Environmental Protection Act 1990 Duty of Care.
- Servicing of Sanitary bins 12 times a year.
